Euca HR, is named after the highly resilient Australian Eucalypt tree known for being one of the fastest-growing hardwoods on the planet, and was founded in 2025 by Siobhan Lyndon.
Siobhan started Euca HR after 25 years in the corporate sector, as an employment lawyer, executive Human Resources leader and as a Founder and Board member of a technology start up in Australia.
Siobhan started her career in Human Resources Management at Yellow Pages, and then worked in the independent school sector, leading enterprise agreement negotiations and advising on the full breadth of employee relation matters. Following the completion of her law degree in the 90s, Siobhan worked with two of Australia's leading law firms as an employment lawyer. Siobhan transitioned from law into senior Human Resources leadership roles in the telecommunications and technology sectors, including over a decade with Google, where she was Director of People Operations, providing advice and managing global projects to attract, engage and retain the best talent using evidence based and people-centric approaches.
Prior to establishing Euca HR, Siobhan successfully co-founded and scaled a clean tech start-up in the aviation sector, where as Chief Operations Officer, she guided the company over 8 years through a significant growth and investment stage.
Siobhan has gained deep experience as a strategic and operational Human Resources leader and Employment Lawyer. Her knowledge and experience is vast, and spans the globe as she has held Asia Pacific, European, American and global leadership roles during her career.
Siobhan is a sought-after advisor for Founders and Leaders aiming to establish the right foundations for a high-performance culture within their teams, whilst also ensuring compliance with local employment laws in a pragmatic way.
